Can I check in before 2:30 pm?

Our regular check-in starts at 2:30 pm, since our cleaning staff needs the time to clean and prepare your apartment after the last guests have left. If you wish to check-in earlier then 2pm, please contact us. Should an early check-in be possible, a fee of 25€ will be raised.

Can I check in late (after 10 pm)?

We have a self-check-in system so that our guests can conveniently access the building and their apartment from 2pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 10pm, it is not a problem. Our staff is available online daily from 9am-2pm, so please read the check-in instructions we have sent you carefully and make sure you have received the code for the keycard.

Can I check out after 11 am?

Our regular check-out time is 11am. If you wish a later check-out, please contact us. Should this be possible, a fee of at least 55€ will be applied.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in/after check-out?

Unfortunately, we do not have a concierge service where you can drop off luggage before check-in or after check-out. However, if you go to the Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), there will be lockers there at your disposal for rent, where you will be able to leave your luggage there for a short time.

Is there parking available?

Unfortunately, we do not have parking on the property, but we have a parking space in a garage about 100m from the property.

It is a duplex system and therefore not every car fits in it.
The maximum dimensions are:

The price for the parking is 18€/night and you can park your car there from check-in (2pm) until check-out (11am).
If you wish to reserve a garage space, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we can leave the information about the location of the garage and the garage key in your apartment.

Alternatively, there is street parking in Zenettistraße (not Lindwurmstraße!), which costs €15 per day, free in the evenings from 11pm to 9am and on Sundays.

You can also use Park&Ride parking at various train stations in and around Munich and take public transportation around the city, as this is much easier. What is offered when guests travel with children?

Guests traveling with children are very welcome! We offer baby cribs, high chairs and baby bathtub (for infants), free of charge! Please request this from our staff prior to your arrival via messaging/email.

Is it a self check-in system? How does it work?

Yes, it is a self-check-in system, where our guests check in independently. For this you will receive a code by e-mail two days before arrival. With this code you can get your keycard from our safe, which is located at the entrance of the house. More detailed check-in instructions will also be sent to you by e-mail directly after booking.

How can I reach staff if I need assistance?

The best way to reach staff is to write us a message through the booking platform (Airbnb, Booking.com…etc.) and someone will answer as soon as possible. Please note that our official office hours are between 8 am to 10 pm so there may be some delays in response outside of these hours.

What is the exact address?

The address to OneBavariaHomes is Zenettistraße 48, 80337 Munich. The entrance is around the corner from the Penny grocery store.

Is OneBavariaHomes close to public transport?

Yes, the building is located about a 1-2 minute walk from the subway station ‘Poccistraße’.

How can I get to OneBavariaHomes from the airport?

From the airport you should be able to get on the suburban (s-bahn) trains which will all take you to the stop "Marienplatz". From there, you can find the connection to the subway (u-bahn), take the U3 or U6 line. (Make sure you go in the right direction! Towards ‘Fürstenried West’ for U3 or ‘Klinikum Großhadern’ for U6.)

The closest subway station to our building is "Poccistraße". When you get off Ubahn U6/U3 take the exit direction Lindwurmstrasse. You will find Zenettistraße just a few meters from there.

You should be able to find some public transport maps or ask for directions at the Information desk at Marienplatz or you might be interested in downloading the MVV (Munich public transport) App which will help you navigate around the city.

How can I get to OneBavariaHomes from the Central Station?

From Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) you should find the connection to the subway (U-bahn) in one of the exits. Take the U1 (direction ‘Mangfallplatz’) To the stop "Sendlinger Tor" and from there change to U3 or U6 line (Make sure you go in the right direction! Towards ‘Fürstenried West’ for U3 or ‘Klinikum Großhadern’ for U6.).

What is the check-out process?

We have an easy check-out process for guests. When guests are ready to leave, they are asked to take all belongings with them and then leave the keycard(s) inside the apartment on the table and close the door behind them, the door can be left unlocked.

What happens if I lose or damage the keycard?

There is a replacement cost of €30 each for lost or damaged keycards.

Are towels and bed linens included?

Yes, towels and bed linens are included in the apartment and also included in the price.

Are the apartments cleaned and towels changed daily?

No, since we are not a hotel, but self-catering apartments, towels and bed linens are not changed daily. Apartments are not also not cleaned daily, only when guests check-out so it is cleaned for the next guests arrival. The exception is when guests stay longer than a week, then the apartments are cleaned and towels and bed linens are changed once a week. However, guests are welcome to book additional cleaning services for a fee. Just write us to request additional cleaning services.

Can we request more coffee capsules and soap/shampoo/toilet paper?

As we have self-catering apartments, unfortunately you have to buy your own toilet paper/coffee capsules. There is a supermarket on the first floor of our building, which is open from 7:30 am to 8 pm. The toiletries and coffee provided are to tide you over until you have the opportunity to buy them yourself.

Is the kitchen in the apartment furnished?

Yes, the kitchen is furnished with all the cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery for guests to make a home-cooked meal.

Is there laundry facilities in the building?

No, we do not have laundry facilities for our guests. There is a laundromat at Lindwurmstraße 14, which is not far away. This is open from 7am-11pm.

Are we required to clean the apartment before checking out?

While the apartments are cleaned after each guest's departure, as a courtesy we request that guests leave the house in as tidy a condition as possible. We would appreciate it, if guests do not leave trash lying around and also that dishes can be washed before departure.

Is everything closed on Sundays and holidays in Munich?

All shops are closed on Sundays and holidays, however, restaurants/bars/cafés will still be open. Bakeries often will also be opened on Sundays and holidays, but will likely close midday.
